METS Ignited has launched the second round of project funding to support, encourage and fund sector-wide collaboration.
A series of information sessions will be held in Brisbane, Townsville, Mackay, Sydney, Illawarra, Newcastle, Melbourne, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie, Perth, Karratha, Adelaide, Burnie, and Darwin on how to access the newly released project funding.
The METS Ignited Project Fund will provide an opportunity for companies to secure matched funding to commercialise innovation that will benefit the Australian METS and mining sectors.
METS Ignited is encouraging projects that include multiple METS companies working closely with an end-user, such as mining companies, a system integrator or an OEM. Projects supported by researchers as subject matter experts will add strength to collaborative efforts.
The funding opportunity can be accessed by industry via an Expression of Interest (EOI) process and completing a short proposal. More information and to download the METS Ignited Project Fund Guidelines click here.
